Responsibilities

Monitor daily operation and administration supports of counters activities, sales target and monthly sales report
Maintain inventory control, counter display, stocks replenishment and merchandising activities
Coordinate and monitor sales promoters job results & achieve sales target by mini coaching, guidance, positive service attitude, selling skill
Set-up preparations for new counter and promotion fairs
Good working relationship and cooperation with departmental store PIC
Assist in any ad-hoc duties and activities as and when required by your superior
