Job Summary.

Incumbent should have the capability to explain complex technical products and services to clients, assist tender team with technical aspects of sales proposals, and provide pre-sales technical support and demonstrations. Incumbent can build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide exceptional after-sales service, and manage assigned accounts. Incumbent also good in handle troubleshoot for technical issues, diagnose and resolve equipment problems, and recommend product improvements or upgrades to customers. Incumbent can communicate customer needs and feedback to Research & Development (R&D) and product development teams to help shape new or improved products. Incumbent need to identify new sales opportunities, develop strategies to meet sales goals and quotas, and stay updated on technical product developments and market trends. To work closely with sales teams, R&D, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting customer needs. Train other engineer members on the technical aspects of products and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, marketing, or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of the Beverage Industry products and services. Fresh Graduate Are Welcome Based at Elite Industry Park, Shah Alam Posses Own Transport
