\xc2\xa7 Based in Kuala Terengganu, areas of coverage , Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Johor. Company car will be provided.\xc2\xa7 Searching for new clients / expand existing client base, who could benefit from your products in a designated region\xc2\xa7 Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential, and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements\xc2\xa7 Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs,o by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.o by positioning our products as the best solutions for prospective clients\xc2\xa7 Calculating client quotations\xc2\xa7 Negotiating tenders and contracts terms\xc2\xa7 Offering after-sales support services\xc2\xa7 Preparing Sales reports , by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.\xc2\xb7 Identifying areas to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business\xc2\xa7 Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a quarterly basis\xc2\xa7 Followup on payments collection from customers\xc2\xa7 Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance works including planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance\xc2\xa7 responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment.\xc2\xa7 supervising engineering and technical staff.\xc2\xa7 Work independently with little supervision & able to manage service/Maintenance calls that require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through a job\xc2\xa7 playing an active role in helping the organization set up and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, or any other preferred maintenance programother supporting jobs funtions\xc2\xb7 Makes continuous improvement through investigation and recommendations to Manager.\xc2\xb7 Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
