We're expanding our footprint in Johor Bahru and seeking a

dynamic, target-driven Sales Specialist (Beauty & Lifestyle)

to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure

new brand partnerships

within the beauty and lifestyle industry. Build and maintain

long-term client and stakeholder relationships

. Develop and deliver compelling

sales pitches, proposals, and presentations

. Implement

strategic account growth plans

to exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with internal marketing and editorial teams to craft

customized client solutions

. Track and analyze performance using

CRM tools

and sales reports. Work independently and manage multiple projects in a

fast-paced environment

.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in

Sales, Marketing, Business Administration

, or a related field. Proven track record in

business development, sales, or partnership management

. Excellent

negotiation, communication, and relationship-building

skills. Experience in

digital marketing, media agencies, or brand partnerships

is an advantage. Ability to

analyze market trends

and formulate strategic business plans.

Target-driven mindset

with a passion for achieving revenue goals. Proficient in

CRM software and sales reporting tools
