The company consult, design, and develop IT system and workflow solution, providing managed services, reselling software and hardware solutions for Microsoft, HP, Dell, Fortinet, Symantec and other leading IT vendors.

Position: Sales Specialist (IT Hardware)
Headcount: 1
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: Up to RM5,000
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base through cold-calling and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Assist in managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors.
Report sales progress and forecasts to the management team
Requirements
Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Valid driver\'s license and access to a vehicle
