Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals, and providing tailored renovation and property management solutions. Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase our existing renovated properties and Cobnb short term rental management service eg Airbnb/Booking.com Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the real estate and investment property sector. Utilize market research to adapt sales strategies and identify unique selling points for our renovated properties. Collaboration with Renovation Team: Collaborate closely with the renovation team to stay updated on the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring accurate and compelling communication of property features and improvements. Provide valuable insights to the renovation team based on client feedback and market demands. Negotiation and Closing Effectively negotiate terms and conditions with potential buyers to secure favorable agreements. Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients. Proven track record of success in real estate sales, preferably in investment properties or renovations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, investment strategies, and property valuation. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
