Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in sales & marketing.
• Minimum SPM graduated.
• Experience in merchant acquisition, onboarding would be added advantage.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to execute and drive results on tasks assigned within stipulated timeline.
• Pro-active, passionate and team player attitude to undertake new challenges.
• Basic written & communication skills with ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
• Possessed with valid driving license (B2 or D) & own transport to travel.
• Smart device with minimum OS version of Android 7.0/IOS 15.5.
• Basic salary with commission entitlement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train new merchants
• Site latest POSM/merchandiser.
• Training existing solutions & new solutions.
• Re-visit inactive merchants.
• Site visit assistance.
• Meeting with Merchants to address concerns and provides solutions.
• Participate in industry or promotional events.
• Access sales performance according to KPIs.
