Conduct daily cold calling, emailing and messaging to new target markets and make onsite appointments to meet prospects.
Generating leads, qualifying prospects, preparing sales quotations & business proposals and closing sales
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Learn and have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of all department processes.
Build and maintain accurate databases and records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company's SAP CRM.
Provide ongoing after-sales customer support to ensure customer satisfaction, build relationships and promote upselling and cross selling opportunities.
Any other official tasks and jobs assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Qualifications:
1-3 years of successful inside sales or telesales experience, preferably in the IT, office equipment or document management industry
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proactive, self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good business acumen and commercial awareness
Proficient in using CRM and other sales enablement tools is an advantage
Must be a Mandarin speaker.
