• Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the medical device market.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to our customers.
• Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.

• Strong knowledge of medical devices and the healthcare industry.

• In this role, you will spend 30% of your time in Operating Rooms (OR) and Endoscopy suites, collaborating directly with surgeons, clinical specialists, and gastroenterologists
• Strong understanding of medical devices, particularly those used in OR and gastroenterology procedures.
