Organize appointments and meet with prospective customers, masters technical/ clinical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations and quotes appropriate customer prices.
Demonstrate and present products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and dentist assistant.
Responsible for achieving sales targets through the sale of the company's product or services.
Responsible for established key customers and expand market.
Implement sales strategies to attain sales volume, product mix and profit objectives.
Work closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide product consultation and training to customers, including product presentation and public relation.
Attend and organize trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
Attend company meetings, technical data presentation and briefing.
Proactively drive adaption of clinically sophisticated products and procedures
Build strong credibility with clinical stakeholders through deep knowledge
Proactively collaborate with TC in ensuring proper technology adaptation
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree of Medical Device/Pharmacy/Dentist/Science fields or related fields
Minimum 2-year experience in sales of medical or dentist
Have experience in implant, orthodontics, dental sales, hospital, or healthcare is an advantage
Energetic and can work independently
Must have deep clinical and therapy knowledge
Must be able to link to competitor and account knowledge
Good communication, positive attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation, selling and presentation skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Willing to travel
