What do we need you to do:

• Drive and achieve revenue goals through effective supervision of the sales team.

• Strategically expand our market share in the horticultural sector.
• Work to increase the average transaction size through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Foster growth in our customer base through targeted sales strategies and lead generation.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to their fullest potential.
• Prepare and present reports on sales performance and strategic planning.

What do we need from you:

• A proven track record in sales leadership, with demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong capability in customer retention and relationship management.
• Adept at strategic planning with a view to maximize market share and revenue.
• Experience in coaching sales teams to increase transaction size and customer base.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strong client relationships.
• Analytical acumen to forecast sales trends and apply data-driven strategies.
• Flexibility to adapt sales techniques in a rapidly changing market.
• Willingness to travel and represent our company to clients and at industry events.
