Responsibilities:
Lead the mentor sales team to achieve sales target.
Plan and implement sales strategies to help sales growth.
attend potential customers to elucidate company products and stimulate purchases.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client Maintain in-depth knowledge of company wellness products, staying updated on the latest trends and technologies.
Provide exceptional customer service, by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
Participate in roadshows, work closely with other team members to support a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
Track and manage sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level/ SKM in any related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in sales industry.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and in team.
Good commercial sense, excellent communication skills and tactful in dealing with people at all levels.
