Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and guide a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance the team's skills and performance. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, taking timely action to ensure objectives are achieved. Build and nurture lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, activities, and forecasts. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical business standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Business Administration, Marketing

, or a related discipline. Proven track record as a

Sales Supervisor

or similar role, preferably in the

photocopier

or

IT/ERP

industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with data-driven thinking. Experience with

CRM systems

and modern sales tools is an advantage. Willing to

travel across the Philippines

when required. Can speak

Mandarin

(spoken and written).
