1) Able to speak & write in English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.



2) Proven experience in sales or team leadership roles. (FMCG background)

Lead the Sales Team



Address and resolve sales-related challenges in a timely and efficient manner.



Advise and coach team members to help them meet individual and group sales targets.



Monitor and assist in managing staff attendance and punctuality.



Act as a key communication link between the team and management, ensuring accurate reporting and effective feedback.
