Summary of PositionThe Sales Supervisor oversees the sales merchandising team and may also perform some tasks of a manager.Duties and Responsibilities~To analyze the performance measurement (KPI) with distributors on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.~Achieve maximum Sales, Collections and Distribution targets in all company products.~Ensure full area coverage in distributor\xe2\x80\x99s assigned territory.
~Develop more high traffic outlet and Special Channel outlet .~Planning Promotion plan and Incentive to distributor salesman and outlet.~To assist in any Marketing matters, activities.~More focus at field market and find more opportunity.REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES: -~Good communication skills, both written and spoken.~Age Below 35
~1 years of relevant working experience.~Minimum SPM holder.~Possessed self-driven positive attitude.~Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
~Willing to travel outstation.
