Graduated with a Diploma or Degree in any related fields or equivalents qualifications.
Have at least 2 years of experience in sales background
Having experience in planning and drafting sales strategy, sales management, price control, cost control and manpower planning.
Having a certain level of experience in monitoring payments.
Having excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
Able to communicate in multiple language is an advantage. Required to report to Oversea stakeholders.
Have to have experience in front-line sales.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the branch in targeted area to collect the sales data and analyze to conduct the report and present to Top Management.
Identify the way to maintaining the sales revenue in targeted area and create the plan to enhance the sales performance.
Analysing the market in the area to identify the potential area to open the new opportunities.
Visit the branch in targeted area to understand any issues and propose the way to solve the issues.
Develop strong relationship with key person within the Area.
Provides any support to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.
Report on weekly monthly and quarterly sales performance.
Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team.
Provide ongoing coaching to all direct report within the Area and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
Other duties as assigned.
