Job descriptionYour assignment

• Lead the Sales and Supply Support team and work with Regional Retail Supply Integration team as well as Store Commercial team to secure the highest possible goods availability for launches, country and local store activities as well as excellent availability - everyday.
• Contribute to the store business plan and logistics action plan. Ensure the logistics actions agreed in the store business plan are implemented within the Sales and Supply Support team.
• Maximise successful replenishment by driving the actions of forecasting and ordering to ensure they are align with the commercial calendar and within the store capacity.
• Work actively with the Goods Flow Manager in analysing stock discrepancies and support the Logistics and Business Navigation Manager with the analysis of the discrepancies as part of the inventory management process.
• Secure an efficient and precise range management process for the store, thereby constantly maintaining a healthy stock structure \xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x93 overstock, concrete and past EDS stocks are within an acceptable level.
• Work actively with the commercial team on the range change process and ensuring the required article parameters are in place to support the timely sales start of NEWS thereby creating a sense of vitality for our visitors.
• Set goals based on agreed key performance indicators, and monitor the Sales and Supply Support team\'s performance against agreed goals, adapting and taking action accordingly.
• Ensure that the Sales and Supply Support team works in compliance with the IKEA Code of Conduct, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation relating to health, safety & security and the environment.
• Identify, recruit and develop the talents within the Sales and Supply Support team to secure succession planning.
• Live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires colleagues to reach extraordinary achievements in the store and specifically in the Sales and Supply Support team.

QualificationYour profile

• Passion for developing people and talent.
• Passion for logistics and working in a fast paced, constantly changing retail environment.
• Know how to analyse sales performance vs forecast in order to identify underperforming areas.
• Know how optimize market capacity and availability by actively balancing stock among all stock holding units.
• Know and understand the product life cycle and how to manage the range change process.
• Know how to support efficient goods replenishment through the effective management of forecasts and sales location parameters.
• Ability to lead based on performing, delivering through team/stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to deliver, making things happen with speed, simplicity and flexibility even in unpredictable situations.
• Ability to follow up and optimize operational performance while considering tactical plans.
