Position: Sales Support Administrator

Tenure: 1-year contract renewable converted to permanent

working location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary offered: Up to RM 3,800

Job description -

Offer and order preparation for spare parts and service attendance for defined countries and customers

Responsibility for the coordination and preparation of worldwide shipping orders

The interface between our customers, external organization, and internal departments

Discount negotiations within a defined frame

Invoicing of spare part orders and service attendance

Follow up on open offers and unpaid invoices with our customers and the local organization - Update customer data

Preparation of return deliveries and corresponding credit notes

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any field

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in order processing and sales support

Knowledge and experience with customs and foreign trade regulations

Knowledge of SAP SD modules and MS Office (must have SAP skills)

English language skills fluent in written and spoken

Ability to work independently

Advantageous good knowledge of the maritime industry, diesel engines and/or diesel power plants
