Job descriptions:

Maintain and update sales-related records and reports in NetSuite, including promotions, listing fees, rebates, consignment, stock issuance, returns, and claims. Coordinate with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and agents on consignment, billing, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely submission. Monitor B2B customer billing and payments, follow up on outstanding amounts, and maintain proper records for reconciliation. Calculate and track sales incentives, commissions, and customer rebates accurately in the system. Communicate with suppliers, logistics, and finance teams to resolve documentation or delivery discrepancies. Prepare and update monthly sales reports, performance summaries, and tracking sheets for management review. Verify data accuracy between system records and physical documents. Manage stock replenishment orders, monitor slow-moving items, and ensure proper stock control.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or a related field. At least 1 year of working experience in sales administration, sales support, or related administrative role. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail in handling documents and records. Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, and agents. Independent, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
