Our Sales Support Assistants are at the front line of our business. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and members. We are looking for young, energetic individuals with a bubbly personality.

• Answer customer enquiries promptly and accurately
• Attend to walk-in customers and members
• Provide follow-up after sales service
• To assist or carry out any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, as we have many Mandarin speaking customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite
• Candidate should be a SPM level graduate
• Full training is provided
• No prior experience required
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
