Job Description
Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare quotation, Sales Order, Delivery Order. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update machine delivery and invoicing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in machine delivery arrangement and JPJ registration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain stock records for machines and attachments \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in machine logistic arrangements \xe2\x80\xa2 Receive and raise GRN for incoming stock \xe2\x80\xa2 Raise PR and process PO for vendor invoices \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage new machine warranty register \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaison with Service Department for machine PDI Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 SPM or Diploma in administration/marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in spoken & written English, Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate
