  • Good knowledge of MS Words & Excel.

Tanggungjawab
  • Make appointment for superior to promote new products.
  • Perform sales supporting & admin works, handling enquiries, quotation, emails & planning for Directors / Sales Team activities.
  • To coordinate with site operation, prepare claim, study main contract & sub-contractor contract, other related matters & coordinate closely with other department.
  • Maintaining good working orders with all business associate & correspondence with record scheduling & coordinating all meeting / appointment / flight & travel arrangement.
  • Perform other duties assigned & directed by Management.
