Sales Support cum Operation Assistant (1-Year Contract)

RM2,000 - RM2,200 per month (negotiable)Employment Type:
1-Year ContractWe are looking for a
Sales Support cum Operation Assistant
to assist in daily sales and operational tasks. You will receive hands-on training from senior staff and occasionally help during events or roadshows organized by the company.Responsibilities:
Prepare quotation, invoice, and delivery documents
Coordinate orders with customers and suppliers
Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
Assist in company events, roadshows, or promotional activities when needed
Update stock records and assist with delivery arrangements
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Support ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic Microsoft Excel & Word skills
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
Able to start on December 2025 / January 2026
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00pm
