Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales Support Executive

to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting the sales department by managing orders, coordinating with operations, preparing quotations, and ensuring excellent customer communication from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently. Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and reporting. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Maintain accurate sales records, inventory updates, and client databases. Prepare sales invoices, delivery orders, and related documents. Assist in monitoring and tracking shipments or deliveries. Follow up with customers for payments, feedback, or repeat orders. Support online sales platforms (e.g., Shopee, website orders) when required. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare weekly or monthly sales reports for management review.

Requirements

Minimum

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. At least

1-3 years

of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or admin support. Strong communication skills in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

and comfortable using CRM or Accounting systems. Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
