Job Description

1. Provide clerical and organizational support to a sales team

2. Track orders, process paperwork, maintain the customer database, and ensure products or services are delivered on-time

3. Monitoring sales goals and encouraging the sales team to meet their quotas

4. Providing after sales support and create daily and monthly sales report

5. Maintain and analyze product data, generate regular reports

6. Monitor product operational data, identify and analyze anomalies

7. Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and business data to provide optimization suggestions

8. Track and analyze product performance after launch

9. Support product managers with data-related business needs

10. Develop and optimize product data analysis templates and processes

Job Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, common functions, etc.)

2. Strong data analysis skills and keen data insights

3. Excellent logical thinking and data interpretation abilities

4. Good communication skills

5. Proficient in both English and Chinese, as you will be responsible for translating English documents into Chinese for your superior.

6. Proactive work attitude with attention to detail.

7. Able to outstation to UAE Country such as Dubai, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman and so on

8. Fresh Graduate (Degree in Food Science / Management) are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
