Job Description
- Position: Sales Support Executive.

- Salary: RM 3000-3800.
- Location: Bandar Klang (5-day week), Selangor.
About the role
The role offers a unique blend of customer service and back office support. Working with a portfolio of clients, you will also demonstrate the ability to provide strong customer service and sales support by quoting new business opportunities.
A sound understanding of forwarding operations is essential. The role includes the following:
Managing a portfolio of accounts end to end.
Coordinating relevant documentation and shipping orders.
Provide rates and quote for internal and external sea freight services.
Candidate profile
Malaysian in age group 25-35.
Possess minimum a Diploma qualification in any discipline.
2-4 years' experience in freight forwarding Customs service role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
