Client background: World largest manufacturer/wholesaler for High Pressure Laminate (HPL) surface laminate Location: Bandar Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya Remuneration: Basic Salary + Sales Incentive Working Day & Hour: Monday - Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm) Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and prospects to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Identify and qualify sales opportunities by gathering relevant information from potential customers. Update and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and document management. Collaborate with the marketing team to align tele-marketing efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies. Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with prospects and customers. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate key features and benefits to potential customers. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor\'s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Prior experience in sales, tele-marketing, or customer service is a plus. Knowledge of CRM software is desirable.
