Plan, coordinate, or direct the services for funeral homes.
Monitor funeral service operation ensuring compliance with applicable services, regulations and laws.
Merchandising and managing the facilities of funeral parlours.
Consult the deceased family members to arrange funeral details, such as obituary notice, casket selection etc.
Offer counsel and comfort to family and friends of the deceased.
Engage with customers to promote and sell funeral service packages.
Direct and supervise work of embalmers, funeral attendants, death certificate clerks,
cosmetologists, or other employees or service providers.
Respond to customers' enquiry, complaint, legal enquiries, and other post service matters.
Implement organisational processes and strategic changes to adapt to market needs.
Market intelligence such as competitors' services and pricing benchmarking in the region.
Complete and maintain records of company assets and/or inventories; maintain proper record of document at all time.
Evaluate and appraise performance of vendors and other service providers ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
Train and identify skill development for funeral service employees.
Implement sales and marketing plan to hit short and midterm target.
Perform tele-marketing when there's new product initiative.
Attend weekly meeting and report weekly activities.
Record log activities of daily tasks.
Job Requirement:
Diploma/Bachelor in any field &
fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Proficient in English and Mandarin. Mandarin or dialect speakers are preferred, as the role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Good communicator, punctual and well discipline in conduct, team player with good attitude, responsible and full of integrity dealing with customers, peers and superior & multi-tasking and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & IT-savvy.
Willing to work 6 days per week.
