The Sales Support Executive plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Sales Department by providing administrative and coordination support. This position involves preparing quotations, managing customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and maintaining close communication between various internal departments such as Logistics, Procurement, and Finance. The role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams including logistics, procurement, and accounts--to ensure efficient and timely order processing and delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and requests through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales documentation, and records for easy tracking and reporting.
Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents and sales proposals.
Support the Sales team in planning and executing marketing activities, client meetings, and business events.
Monitor and track sales performance, compiling reports and data for management review.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and meeting coordination to support the Sales Department's operations.
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Superior/Senior Management team.

Qualification / Skills and Competencies
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (applicants from other fields are welcome with relevant interest or experience).
1-3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service. Fresh graduates with strong motivation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
