1) Providing administrative support to Sales Team
2) Prepare and compile all tender supporting documents before deadline.
3) Prepare marketing presentation materials, quotations and proposals.
4) Prepare quotations, proposals and contract agreement accordingly.
5) To screen all incoming call , whatsapp or email and qualify for enquiries, complaints and feedback.
6) Deal directly with supplier for quotation and negotiate better pricing
7) Prepare monthly billing memo, credit note memo, complaint memo and other relevant supporting documents.
8) To monitor ad-hoc sales such as liaison with clients on job commencement date, installation date deployment, preparing work done and ensure client endorsement of work done.
9) To prepare sales team weekly update, monthly and yearly sales report.
10) Update Sales team database e.g. soft copies, client information and external back up.
11) Other support such as site survey, site visit, filing and safekeeping of confidential document, memo and correspondence.
13) Attend to all enquiry from social media platform.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
