Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support etc.
• Familiarity with import/export processes, pump, or industrial products sector is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an added

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Support the sales team by following up with customers on orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and product catalogues in the system.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, trading terms, and import/export documentation requirements.
• Provide administrative support for sales events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
