To attend of customer enquiries, including quotes to customers.
To perform tele-conversation close sales and carry out daily sales operation paper works, including preparing sales order, quotation, proforma invoice or sales proposal to company prospect.
To assist sales executives prepare related sales correspondence documents or paperwork.
To perform system entry of sales order, order amendment or service job.
To photostat and process the sales order.
To prepare daily and monthly sales reports as assigned by the dept head.
To report customer feedback (from incoming calls or walk-in) to the department head for continuous improvement purposes.
Coordinate with the Distribution Department in regard to time of delivery, production lead time and feedback to customers of delivery advice or stock availability.
Perform other duties as assigned by the department head from time to time.
Qualifications:
Possess Diploma in Retail/Business Studies/Marketing
Fresh graduates with or without experience are encouraged to apply
Excellent interpersonal & basic computer skills
Cheerful personality
Willing to work in Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur.
