Job Requirements:



SPM and above Related experience, such as customer service and telemarketing. Can start immediately

Job Responsibilities:



Respond promptly to customers enquiries on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website chat & any online platform. Reply to public comments in a helpful, brand-appropriate tone. Coordinate and schedule showroom appointment bookings with customers until after sales service. Follow up with potential leads to confirm bookings or provide product info. Guide customers through online purchase options when applicable. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments. Any ad-hoc tasks from head of department.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
