Key Responsibilities



Handling client related requests and documentation. Assist with basic transaction handling, and follow-up tasks. Coordinate onboarding processes, including document checks and system setup. Maintain internal records and update reports for management. Prepare regular communications and reminders for internal and client related matters. Handle administrative tasks Support internal operations including account coordination and simple data checks.
Requirements

Fast response and strong sense of responsibility. Willing to work beyond regular hours when necessary. Strong numerical sense and attention to detail. Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Good communication skills in English (spoken and written). Flexible, resourceful, and solution oriented. Open to occasional business travel or handling ad-hoc assignments.
Preferred

Experience in operations, or admin roles in financial or client facing industries is a plus. Familiarity with tools like Excel, and Dropbox is an advantage. Mandarin language skills a bonus but not required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
