Requirements
Qualification and Education Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/ SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre-U, any field.
• Have at least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferred Skills:

• Preferable worked in FMCG industry.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin. Preferable Mandarin speaker because need to deal with China Supplier.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Flexible and willing to continuously learning by experience
• Possess good command and public relation skills and team player.
• Pleasant personality, energetic, hardworking, self-motivation and self-discipline.
• Willing to travel and able to work long hours during trade promotion and trade fair.

Responsibilities
Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are properly arranged on shelve and implement planograms (shelf layout diagrams) provided by the company.
• Maintain eye-level positioning of high-priority or best-selling products.
• Refill shelves regularly to avoid stock-outs, monitor and manage inventory levels at the store and update sales team accordingly.
• FIFO (First In, First Out) Management and responsible for remove expired or damaged goods from the shelves and follow up on return collection accordingly.
• Set up promotional displays, banners, and signage in accordance with marketing campaigns. Accountable for ensure promotional prices or discounts are clearly labelled.
• Visit multiple retail outlets as per an assigned route plan and ensure compliance with company display standards in each store.
• Observe and report on competitor products, prices, and promotions.
• Submit daily or weekly reports on stock levels, store conditions, and display compliance.
• Maintain a good working relationship with store managers and staff to ensure cooperation.
• Negotiate for better shelf space or special displays if possible.
