Handle in-coming sales enquiries from customer, dealer and Sales Team.
Assist Sales Team and customer\'s enquiries on product availability, prices, and delivery times.
Prepare quotation, proposal and contract sales (if required) to sales/dealers/customers.
Support and assist on customer complaints on quotes and order delivery.
Additional duties and/or any task as assigned by superior.
What You Bring:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
Self-management and emotional intelligence - able to handle stress and multitasking to meet customers\' expectation.
Requires good analytical skills and communication skill.
Exercise teamwork spirit and work closely with other colleagues at all times.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply or/and candidate with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
