RESPONSIBILITIES

Call customers / Attending any calls
To liaise with auto finance sales on new loan submissions.
Data entry loan processing. To key in customer information and create application within
the stipulated time frame and to make sure the date key in is accurate
Obtain further information for incomplete information / documents
Perform verification on customers personal and / or employment information
Uploading relevant document and key in invoicing for disbursement.
Printing agreement and attend to customers for signing agreement
