Handle incoming sales inquiries from customers, dealers, and the Sales Team.
Assist Sales Team and customer\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries on product availability, prices, and delivery times.
Prepare quotation, proposal, and contract sales (if required) to sales/dealers/customers.
Support and assist with customer complaints on quotes and order delivery.
Additional duties and/or any task as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Self-management and emotional intelligence - able to handle stress and multitask to meet customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations. Requires good analytical skills and communication skills. Exercise teamwork spirit and work closely with other colleagues at all times. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or/and candidates with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
