Vacancies of Sales Admin (5 days / week):

EPF, SOCSO, Medical claims, Performance Bonus.

1. Location : Mid Valley City, KL.

Max RM3.6K+ transport allowance

basic pay depending on experience

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints

- Manage and prepare documents such as Airwaybill, Custom Form, Invoice, Packing list etc.

- Ad hoc administrative duties

2. Location: Jalan Raja Chulan, KL.

Max RM3.2K, 13 months salary per year

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaint

- Issue Purchase Orders to Suppliers + follow process

- Manage documents such as Invoice, Delivery Orders, Packing list etc.

- Ad hoc administrative duties

3. Location : Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor.

Max RM4.5K + fixed general allowance

basic pay depending on experience

- Monitor stock, dealers collection, shipments

- Prepare Sales Orders and minutes of meetings

- Support HR Dept : updating staff attendance & processing staff claims

- Administrative support on events

- Ad hoc administrative duties

Vacancy of Admin cum Customer Service(5 days / week): EPF, SOCSO, Medical claims, Performance Bonus.

Location : Jalan Tun Razak, KL.

Max RM 3.5K

basic pay depending on experience

- Attend to visitors

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaint

- Maintain office supplies

- All admin ad hoc

Vacancy of HR Admin (5 days / week): EPF, SOCSO, Medical claims, Performance Bonus.
Max RM 4K

basic pay depending on experience

- Handling payroll

- Handle matters link to Government agencies

- Handle motor vehicle renewal and inspection with JPJ and Puspakom

- Assist with day to day operations of the administration and HR functions and duties.

- All admin ad hoc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
