Job Description


  • Added advantage for candidates with an engineering, interior, industrial or architecture background.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and switch your focus effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting sales team in creating quotations and following through the quotations.
  • Preparation of proposals for sales warriors.
  • To fill in full details of products, suppliers and specifications to be shared over to the relevant department.
  • Assist managers in all documentations needed for client
  • Track all projects and align with manager regularly
