This role blends technical drawing interpretation, quotation preparation, and client coordination in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

• Prepare quotations, pricing strategies, and support project bids for Malaysia and occasionally Singapore
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings and collaborate with design teams to ensure layout accuracy
• Support sales presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and client pitches with visual and pricing materials
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Drawing, Operations, OFT, SPQ) to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
• Engage with clients to clarify project requirements and translate them into actionable solutions

A successful Sales Support Specialist should have:

• 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales support, interior design industries
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings
• Comfortable working across teams and occasionally engaging with clients
