In this role you\xe2\x80\x99ll make an impact by:

• Working closely with the commercial team (in Sales, Technical and Marketing), cross functional with Supply Chain, Planning, Regulatory, Quality, finance and helping/assisting the Business Director on day-to-day tasks with operational impact.
• Being a part of the broad range of projects that will have the impact on the business results.
• Provides general administrative assistance to all SEA Business Function Commercial team with correspondences, reports, update, departmental organization charts, copying, faxing, obtaining travel visas, shipping postal or common carrier packages, sorting mail, maintaining calendars for meetings and travel schedules, taking minutes of meetings.
• Having an analytical, structured, and proactive approach to problem solving, and multitasking with focus and positivism.
• Effective networking, connecting to internal stakeholders, and help driving for results by relieving process related communications.

Potentially relevant experience:

• Minimum a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration with science background or similar.
• 3-5 years relevant work experiences in customer service and sales support environment with knowledge of order processing and logistics
• Good communication, written and verbal skills, being analytical and customer centric.
• Good grasp with numbers and ability to work well to run analysis with Microsoft Excel. Have interest and willing to learn new IT Systems skills as needed.
• Ability to develop strong external and internal relationships.
• Proactive, responsive and demonstrate ownership.
• Good inter-personal, coordination and organizational skills
