Requirements
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia bonus for Mandarin speaker
- Looking for applicants with legal right to work in Malaysia
- Education: Candidates must possess at least Secondary/SPM/\'O\' Level
- Team Player, Youthful and adventurous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Design background required (Design skill like PPT, AI, Canva and etc)
- Minimum 2 years\' experience in travel agent incentive group
- Fluent and writing in English
- Be creative to create deck and come out with concept to pass to designer
- Branding collateral marketing- create branding *For example: create logo or branding on tumbler (appreciation gift)
- Handling office equipment
- Claim Insurance for client or staff
- Liaise with supplier for doorgift/collateral/shirt knowledge/knowledge about printing material
- Negotiate with supplier
- Advance skill in Microsoft office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Creative and innovative
- Creative in provide tidbits and small gifts for client
- Deck- slide presentation for sales, customize pre-journey item
- Come out with concept for image/invitation video before pass it to editor
- Liaise with supplier for router and simcard for every destination
- Do Proposal agreement for client signature
- Do paperwork
