Job Description



  • Customer service (product inquiries, payment issues, returns and exchanges, complaint handling, social media communities\' inquiries).
  • Timely sending of the latest information to target customers.
  • Collect customer data and organize it into the database.
  • Managing and maintaining e-commerce platforms (product listing and delisting, order processing, shipping, and inventory management).
  • Responsible for daily operation, maintenance, and management of social media platforms to increase engagement.
  • Assisting with tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Handling daily administrative work.
Job Requirements
  • SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Sense of responsibility and efficiency.
  • Proactive learning and inquisitive mindset.
  • Experience in e-commerce is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is a plus.
  • Energetic, proactive, creative, and willing to try new things will be considered first.
