Customer service (product inquiries, payment issues, returns and exchanges, complaint handling, social media communities\' inquiries).
Timely sending of the latest information to target customers.
Collect customer data and organize it into the database.
Managing and maintaining e-commerce platforms (product listing and delisting, order processing, shipping, and inventory management).
Responsible for daily operation, maintenance, and management of social media platforms to increase engagement.
Assisting with tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Handling daily administrative work.

Job Requirements

SPM or equivalent qualification.
Basic computer skills.
Sense of responsibility and efficiency.
Proactive learning and inquisitive mindset.
Experience in e-commerce is preferred.
Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is a plus.
Energetic, proactive, creative, and willing to try new things will be considered first.
