:
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
Support the sales team by following up with customers on orders, deliveries, and payments.
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and product catalogues in the system.
Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, trading terms, and import/export documentation requirements.
Provide administrative support for sales events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support etc.
Familiarity with import/export processes, pump, or industrial products sector is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with customer-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
