Kelayakan

• Minimum 2-3 years TL experience in BPO sector..
• Proven sales background in BPO settings preferred (B2C & B2B preferred).
• Excellent Mandarin (read, write, speak) and English communication.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and Excel skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Able to work rotational shift.
• Willing to relocate to Penang.

Tanggungjawab

• Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality results
• Oversee daily team performance, ensuring KPIs, quality metrics, and project deadlines are consistently met
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members to enhance skills and productivity
• Monitor and analyse operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Act as the escalation point for complex cases, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English with both internal teams and external stakeholders
