Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Team Lead.
- Proven telesales background (B2C preferred).
- Excellent English communication (C1 level).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and Excel skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Lead and mentor a telesales team to achieve sales targets.
- Drive B2C sales with a customer-first approach.
- Conduct daily huddles/weekly meetings and track performance.
- Monitor KPIs, provide coaching, and prepare performance reports.
