Job Description

We are hiring Business Sales Team Lead for a leading manufacturer of quality bakery ingredients, tools and services for the retail and foodservice markets as well as artisan and industrial bakeries. This company is headquartered in Singapore and have expanded into the Malaysian market in recent years. This role will be based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Responsibilities Serve and develop customers\' business account by analyzing their purchase history, type of establishment and business needs to expand their purchases for underdeveloped product categories. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent end-to-end experience to customer including solution creation, negotiation, order processing, order fulfillment and billing. Respond promptly to customer queries/complaints to defuse tension and provide viable solutions. Training new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff, and monitoring the team\'s sales performance. Solving customer complaints and answering customers\' questions. Writing reports for senior managers. Assisting with the selling of our store\'s products and services and assisting to maximize sales. Maintaining positive customer relations. Qualifications Experience in sales is necessary. Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field. Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships. Strong leadership abilities. Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
