Job Description

• Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English, with both languages being preferred.
• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in finance, business management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in securities sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management position, including familiarity with the basic securities rules and product structures of US, Hong Kong, and Chinese A-share markets.
• Possession of relevant securities licenses, such as registered representative qualifications, is preferred.
• Outstanding leadership and management skills, capable of motivating and guiding the team.
• In-depth understanding of the securities market and securities products, knowledge of market trends and competitive intelligence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building good relationships with clients and team members at different levels.
• Data analysis and reporting skills, proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite and management tools.

• Sales Strategy Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive securities sales strategy, including target markets, sales channels, pricing strategies, and competitive strategies.
• Sales Team Management: Lead, recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure they achieve sales goals and provide high-quality customer service.
• Sales Target Setting: Set sales targets and metrics, regularly monitor and report sales performance.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain good relationships with key customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and pursuing sales opportunities.
• Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Monitor securities market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes, providing strategic advice.
• Sales Planning and Budgeting: Develop annual sales plans and budgets, manage resources to support the achievement of sales goals.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analysis, report performance and trends to the executives, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Compliance and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the team complies with securities market regulations and company policies. Preference will be given to those with an established financial team.
