Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the project team to identify and analyse areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and to monitor the sales representatives' overall effectiveness throughout the sales pitching.
  • Consult, train, mentor, and coach the sales team in areas that include revenue generation performance issues and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Assess and analyse business needs with recommendations on coaching plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills in sales generation.
  • Develop and maintain coaching materials related to sales initiatives including presentations, job aids, participant handouts, virtual class materials, and other resources.
  • Work cross-functionally between various departments to help measure, analyse and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities connected with counter sales effectiveness.
  • Identify and analyse areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals and monitor locations overall effectiveness throughout the sales process.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of the company.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing/Ads Management.
  • Experience in Inside Sales & Client Management.
  • Experience & well-versed in B2B and B2C Sales training development & delivery.
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience with curriculum development and course material review management
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills and training delivery, with knowledge of various training methodologies * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market

Working Hours
Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6 pm

Remuneration
MYR 6,000 - MYR 8,500
